our process
In the first stage, We arrange for a project kickoff meeting with the client to understand the requirements, specifications and advise the best solutions. samples of both products & fabrics to be provided, at the same time we deliver any sample reference if available.
Our designers will start brainstorming & preparing the mood & design board. This step will be the cornerstone of the project, which entails the final manufacturing process. The designs will be inspired by the identity of the company, school or the organization.
Our sales department will send both technical and financial quotation based on the approved design, quantities, and fabric that has been chosen. This quotation will include all details related to production, specification, and delivery term.
Walla, we reach the most interesting part, preparing the sample and bring the design to life. Sample products will be immediately started once the quotation is approved by the company decision-maker. usually producing the sample takes from 10-14 working days.
Finally, we reach here. production of bulk order will be started immediately after sample approval. in case there are any comments regarding the sample, our designer will revert back with the technical report to make sure that all comments are well understood and noted in the bulk production process.
